In this study, we have applied the Stereo-seq spatial transcriptomics and proteomics method to establish a high-resolution spatial atlas for the human pediatric thymus. We profiled fetal thymic tissues in the second trimester, comprising ages 7 weeks, and 2, 5 or 6 years old.
