IO3 panel antibody characterization

Results from extensive characterization of the antibodies in a variety of other assay formats. "Reagents" tab lists antibody identifiers found on antibodies.cancer.gov and catalog numbers for recombinant proteins or lysates used for screening. "RecProtWB" tab lists results for antibodies tested in Western blotting. "Endo_RPPA_WB_SW_IF" tab lists results from Western blot, Simple Western, immunofluorescence, and Reverse Phase Protein Array using over-expressing lysates. "IP" tab lists results from immunoprecipitation. "IHC" tab lists results from immunohistochemistry. For all tabs, P indicates a positive result, Px indicates presumed positive, N indicates negative, NT indicates not tested.
