PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precut processing device， a controller of a precut processing device and a precut processing program capable of facilitating a use of a processing material with large curvature of a fixed scale or more as a structural member for assembling an architectural structure. SOLUTION: A precut processing device 1 changes an orientation of a processing material 100 by a processing material rotation device 5 to match a direction of a curvature set based on a type of a structural member， etc. as arrangement information stored in a storage part of a controller 6 and a direction of a curvature detected by a processing material curvature detection device 4， and after changing the orientation， the precut processing device performs a control corresponding to processing data on a wood processing device 2 to process the processing material 100.
