The dataset supported the generation of Figures 1, 3, 4, and 5 in the manuscript.• Morphological-data.xlsx – Raw morphological data and derived indices (H/L, RRI, STI, and visual chlorosis score) used for ANOVA/Tukey analyses and the morphological bar plots (Figure 2).• Pigments.xlsx – Leaf pigment content (chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll, carotenoids; μg·g⁻¹ FW) used to generate Table 1 of the manuscript. R scripts• PCA_Fig1.R – Performs Principal Component Analysis (PCA) on biochemical and physiological variables and generates the PCA biplot (Figure 1).• Morphological_parameters_Fig2.R – Runs two-way ANOVA and Tukey HSD for multiple morphological traits and produces the grouped bar plot (Figure 2).• Enzymatic_or_biochemical_barplot_template.R – General reusable script for biochemical or enzymatic parameters; performs two-way ANOVA, Tukey HSD, and creates bar and interaction plots (Figures 3–5). All scripts were written and tested in R (version 4.4.2) using standard packages (ggplot2, dplyr, factoextra, tidyr, car, multcompView, ggrepel, etc.).Comments within the scripts are in Portuguese for internal documentation, while variable names, function calls, and outputs are in English to ensure reproducibility.
