二、 門牌號不因坐標存在而作為建築物門牌存在之依據，若有疑義由所轄各戶政事務所依權責審認。
三、 坐標參照系統TWD97。
四、CSV檔的編碼為utf8。

Any inquiries or disputes shall be reviewed and confirmed by the respective competent Household Registration Offices in accordance with their authorities and responsibilities.

4. The encoding of the CSV file is UTF-8.
