Improvements to checkout lines in stores according to French people 2016

This graph presents a list of ideas and innovations on how to reduce queuing time in stores or at least make it more pleasant, based on a survey conducted in France in summer 2016. Over a third of respondents stated that increasing the number of self-service checkouts would, in their opinion, improve waiting time at cashier's desks, whereas ten percent declared that being able to pay before or after shopping would be an improvement to checkout lines in stores.
