Orally administered recombinant lactic acid bacteria expressing IL-27 can alleviate psoriasis symptoms in mice by reducing inflammation and regulating gut microbiota. We collected fecal samples from mice treated with recombinant lactic acid bacteria and sequenced the gut microbiota to obtain the results.
