Brachypodium distachyon isolate:Bd21-3 Raw sequence reads

Goal of this study was to use whole genome sequencing to map two alleles of a rapid flowering time mutant named REPRESSOR OF VERNAIZATION1 (RVR1) in Brachypodium distachyon. We took a bulked segregate analysis approach in which roughly 100 segregating mutants were pooled for sequencing. Mapping revealed an un-characterized gene containing a bromo-adjacent homology and TFIIS domains involved in establishing a vernalization requirement by repressing the vernalization gene VRN1 prior to cold exposure.
