Drosophila central brain SLPad1 hemilineage scRNA-seq data

This Seurat object contains scRNA-seq counts data of the Drosophila malanogaster CB hemilineage SLPad1 presented in the manuscript "A global molecular code for birth order and neuronal identity in Drosophila" (Cachero et al. 2026, DOI to be updated). This dataset comprises neurons presented in Figure 4h, right most panel. Data were collected from animals at 6, 24 and 48 hours after puparium formation. The dataset comprises both male and female samples.
