Mapping Files Description: ECBasedMapping_rxn_uniref90.txt: This file contains mappings between biochemical reactions and UniRef90 gene families by Enzyme Commission (EC) number. pfamsetBasedMapping_rxn_uniref90.txt: This file provides reaction-to-gene-family mappings for reactions that could not be assigned using EC numbers. In these cases, Pfam domain composition was used as an alternative strategy. Reactions were associated with UniRef90 gene families exhibiting identical Pfam domain sets pfamanyBasedMapping_rxn_uniref90.txt: This file contains mappings generated using a relaxed Pfam-based strategy for reactions that remained unmapped after EC- and Pfam set–based approaches. Reactions were linked to UniRef90 gene families when any Pfam domain present in the reaction annotation matched any Pfam domain in a gene family’s annotation. all_rxn_uniref90.txt: This file contains the combined reaction-to-gene-family mappings obtained by merging all three files above.Note: Files have been compressed using following command: ```xz -k -T 16 -9 file.txt```
