biophys_interop reproducibility dataset and QC rule registry (v0.1.0)

Reproducibility archive accompanying biophys_interop, an open standardization and model-free quality-control layer for biophysical bioactivity data. It contains 143,068 canonical ChEMBL-derived bioactivity records, version-pinned ChEMBL and BindingDB manifests, the 72-rule QC registry, result files, and one-command reproduction scripts. The 8.86 GB BindingDB source TSV is not redistributed; its manifest records the download location and SHA-256 hash.
