Inducing senescence in cancer cells is emerging as a new therapeutic strategy. We tested the senescence induction of palbociclib and indisulam in SUM159 cells, and profiled these for senescence associated gene signatures. Transcriptomic analysis of SUM159 cells treated with palbociclib and indisulam and controls. The experiment was performed in technical duplicates. The cells were treated with 2µM Palbociclib, 3µM of indisulam and the combniation for 16h.
