50,000 Hamiltonian matrices describing FMO-like multi-chromophore systems. These are represented as 8x8 matrices, stored as comma separated values in electronvolts. Each matrix has been calculated with an atomic transition charge method, and relates to a structure obtained from the canonical Fenna-Matthews-Olson complex through rigid geometric perturbations of the chromophores. <br>Please see linked paper for more information.The off-diagonal entries should be scaled by a dielectric factor f=0.8, and the diagonal entries replaced with [1.43198,1.4150,1.40496,1.41797,1.41797,1.42802,1.42591,1.42405] to make them consistent with our paper.
