aMouse bone-marrow derived and human monocyte-derived DC (5×104) were incubated with 1 µg/mL of MPL, GLA or LPS for 4 h in 96-well round bottom plates. Transcript expression was determined using the QuantiGene multiplex assay. Data shown is representative of two independent experiments. bmRNA fold increase upon TLR-4 stimulation compared to buffer control (and normalized to GAPDH). Mean ± SD are shown. cND, not done.
