Dusky pipefish (Syngnathus floridae) gonads (testis and ovary), gills, and liver

Contains 5 male testis, 5 female ovary, 4 male and 5 female gill, and 5 male and female liver samples. Pipefish were collected throughout Tampa Bay (Tampa Bay, FL, USA) between September and December 2020. All samples were sexually mature and all male samples were from pregnant males. RNA was extracted as described in the accompanying manuscript (Tosto et al., 2024). All samples were invidually prepped and sequenced onto one lane of a NovaSeq 6000 S4 flow cell v1.5. The files correspond to 150bp paired end reads.
