Series of developmental leaves from leaf emergence to maturation were collected at the 6th or 7th leaves in the rosette, harvested at different growth stages (0 to 5), starting with the just emerging leaf at the size of 2mm length (ca. 3 weeks after germination), followed by leaves of 4, 8, 16, and 32mm length. The mature leaf samples with a leaf length of ca. 70-100mm were harvested ca. 5 weeks after germination.
