Expert consensus on mass population vaccination

Mass vaccination is a powerful measure to provide timely protection for key polulations or form an population immune barrier in a short period of time when the epidemic is severe or a certain infectious disease needs to be eliminated/controlled. It plays a positive role in controlling the spread of the epidemic. In order to standardize mass vaccination, orderly, efficiently and safely establish population immune barrier or protect key populations, experts were organized to develop the Expert Consensus on Mass Vaccination in accordance with the requirements of relevant policies and regulations in China and in combination with the experience of mass vaccination of COVID-19 vaccines in China. The consensus established system requirements for the start conditions, department coordination, responsibility implementation, organization mobilization, operation specifications, rescue and emergency response and other links in the implementation of mass vaccination, providing a reference for mass vaccination work and the formulation of relevant policies in the future.
