Plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria improve soil properties in cocoa nursery in Western Boyacá, Colombia: insights from native isolates

This Excel dataset contains the raw and summarized data generated during the study evaluating the effects of native plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria on soil properties and cocoa seedling development in a nursery system in Western Boyacá, Colombia. The file includes physicochemical and enzymatic soil variables, ammonium production assays, germination assays, indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) production data, morphological measurements, statistical summary tables, metadata, and variable descriptions used to support the analyses and figures presented in the manuscript.
