Reflection and Lesson Plan Sample

This dataset contains selected materials from a teacher education study investigating the integration of virtual reality (VR) in social studies instruction. Specifically, it includes: 5 anonymized reflection papers written by pre-service teachers during the first week of the implementation, 5 anonymized reflection papers written during the final week (Week 4), 2 full lesson plans designed by Group 1 and Group 4, who participated in the development and delivery of VR-supported lessons on climate change, A spreadsheet of VR implementation analysis data, The rubric used to evaluate the VR-integrated lesson plans. All materials have been fully anonymized to ensure participant confidentiality and comply with ethical research standards. The reflections offer insight into the pedagogical thinking and development of pre-service teachers at both the beginning and end of the intervention. These materials are shared to support transparency, reproducibility, and future research in teacher education. They are intended for scholarly and educational use only.
