Transcriptomics of Stropharia rugosoannulata reveals gene regulatory network and expression profiles of fruit body development-related genes

This is the first detailed developmental transcriptomic study of S. rugosoannulata and it will be helpful in understanding nutrition and environmental factors promote fruit body formation and provide a foundation for the improvement of the artificial industrialization cultivation of S. rugosoannulata.
