Female infertility and subfertility have been increasing in prevalence worldwide. One contribuing factor is the health of the ovary, the function of shich is directly related to maternal age. In this report, we investigated the effecte of Korea Red Ginseng Extract Fraction on ovarian function in female mice Overall design: 6 month and 12 month age mice ovarian tissue were isolated and treated with DMSO or 10mg/mL RGE for 24 hours. Total RNA was extracted using TRIzol reagent and processed for quality control of total RNA. The microarray is performed.
