Morphometric Data

Geometric morphometric data used to analyze shape. Tiff images derived from image stacks resulting from micro-CT scanning of museum specimens of porcupine (Erethizontidae) mandibles. Images are the basis for landmark and semilandmark geometric morphometric quantification of shape.TPS and NTS files created from tiff images using the TPS suite of programs. For more details please see materials and methods section of associated publication.csv file contains metadata associated with each specimen as well as univariate measurements (linear measurements, angles, and categorical traits).
