Effect of HPK1 inhibitor on exhausted CD8 T cells. Effect of HPK1 inhibitor on exhausted CD8 T cells

We aimed to compare the effects of HPK1 inhibitor on CD8 T cells according to the exhaustion status. Overall design: Progenitor exhausted CD8+ T cells (TPEX, PD1+CD28+Tim3-) and terminally exhausted CD8+ T cells (TTEX, PD1+Tim3+) were sorted from single cell suspension of renal cell carcinoma. The cells were stimulated with anti-CD3/CD28-coated beads and treated with HPK1 inhibitor or DMSO control.
