Dataset and R code associated with the paper 'Conservation of sensory pathways implies a localised change in the mushroom bodies is associated with cognitive evolution in Heliconius butterflies'. This includes two datasets, one containing sensory neuropil volumes and the other containing morphological measures of Heliconiini eyes. Separate R code files for analysis of each dataset are provided.
