CTCF binding and three-dimensional chromatin interactions (4C-seq) in the region of human chromosome 15 associated with imprinting of UBE3A IPW, PWAR1 and a 24kb region spanning these genes on Chromosome 15 were deleted or inverted in an iPSC cell line derived from a patient with Angelman Syndrome and CTCF binding and three-dimensional chromatin interactions were assessed to study the structural requirements of this region in restricting imprinted UBE3A expression to neurons. Please note that the *dumbell_interactions.bigBed procesed data was generated from both replicates and is linked to the corresponding *_1_4C-seq sample records.
