Getting Help from the Extended Family: Identification and Genetic Characterisation of Novel Resistance to Globodera pallida ‘Oberlangen’ in Wild Solanum Species. The resistant wild species accession CGN17888 (S. hawkesianum) was characterised with resistance loci mapped in population 14A-hwk obtained by crossing CGN17888-16 with JKI-GL-08.1206.02. 146 progeny clones and the parents were genotyped via GBS analysis.19,784 SNPs were fully covered in more than 66% of the samples with a minor allele frequency > 10%. Data set GBS14A_hwk_variants shows variant calls and sample genotype data with S. tuberosum Group Phureja DM 1-3 516R44 Genome Annotation v6.1 as the reference genome.
