Data from "Global patterns and determinants of multiple facets of plant diversity"

Data includes the derived diversity metrics of -plant diversity (species richness, sesPD, sesFD) along with the new metric we calculated (μ-diversity). The R material includes three scripts to replicate the analyses in the main text of the manuscript. In more detail, "01_Script_patterns.R" allows the calculation of the diversity patterns, overlap and variation partitioning; "02_Script_RF.R" the random forest and "03_Script_exposureHF.R" the calculation of the exposure of plant diversity to current human impacts.
