Socs3 deleted CD8 T cells

The aim of the project is to determine the characteristics of murine Socs3-deficient CD8+ T cells. These cells possess a stronger effector function than wild type cells and are enhanced glycolytic metabolism. The conditional knockout mice of Socs3 in T cells exhibit stronger anti-tumor response than wild type mice. RNAseq data are taken from the tumor infiltrating CD8+ T cells which are deficient or sufficient for Socs3 using mice bearing MC38 colon adenocarcinoma cells. In the other experiment, naive CD8+ T cells were taken and stimulated with CD3/28 in the presence or absence of IL6. RNAseq data were taken 36 hours after the stimulation.
