Aedes mosquito virome in southwest Cameroon

This study aims to elucidate the eukaryotic virome composition of the Aedes species prevalent in the southwestern region of Cameroon, specifically the environments of Buea, Edea, Yaounde and Bafoussam with a focus on identifying core viruses.
