Most important reasons to choose an employer in Belgium 2020

According to a survey conducted in Belgium in 2020, nearly half of respondents said that a good work-life balance was an important criteria for them when choosing a particular employer. The most important criteria was an attractive salary and employment benefits, with 64 percent of respondents choosing this criteria.
