资源简介:
This data is in the following publication: The impact of climate and biostimulation patterns on diesel bioremediation in northern soils: insights gained from multi-approach nucleic acid analyses of the alkB and 16S genes, By Harrisson, O., Avery, M., and Ghoshal, S. This study focused on the role of temperature in influencing the impact of biostimulation of arctic diesel degradation in a soil in Nunavik region in northern Canada. The relevance of this study is to gain an understanding of the factors influencing bioremediation extents, to inform site treatment methodologies for arctic diesel contamination in northern soils. The sequences uploaded are from sequencing of the 16S gene and transcripts under several conditions and temperatures, using primers Bact341F and Bact805R.
