The datasets and additional information integrate the results presented in the article "Common gene mutations in 103 authenticated colorectal cancer cell lines" (Oncogenesis, in review). The repository includes the scripts for sequencing data analysis, scripts to generate plots presented in the main and supplementary figures, copy number variation (CNV) input coverage files, graphic results from the CNV pipline for each cell line. The CNV calling pipeline is now implemented in an R package available on GitHub: https://github.com/SveenLab/MiniCN/archive/refs/heads/main.zip
