运用雷达干涉测量技术,基于广覆盖、长时间序列的雷达数据,结合地面精密监测参考点的实地观测数据,提取大坝、水库岸线等水利工程设施的毫米级形变监测量。通过与地理信息数据的叠加,形成设施风险预警信息,按需、按期向工程运管人员发布,提前化解由于水利工程设施累积形变所造成的风险隐患。
Using Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (InSAR) technology, millimeter-level deformation monitoring data of water conservancy engineering facilities such as dams and reservoir shorelines are extracted based on wide-coverage, long-time series radar data combined with in-situ observation data from ground-based precision monitoring reference points. By overlaying with geographic information data, facility risk early warning information is generated, which is released to engineering operation and management personnel on demand and on schedule, so as to proactively resolve the risk hazards and hidden dangers caused by cumulative deformation of water conservancy engineering facilities.
