Permits - Pierce County

This spatial data displays the locations of applications and permits that were reviewed and processed by Pierce County. It includes Building Permits, Development Engineering Permits, Environmental Permits, Fire Prevention Permits, Land Use Permits, and Sewer Permits. This data is extracted from the Planning and Public Works PALS Plus application. The permit points are placed using the XY coordinates from PALS Plus. Permits that have do not have XY coordinates in the PALS Plus application will not be in this spatial data. An example of this would be the parcel number associated with the application was not valid or did not exist in the Assessors-Treasurer’s system.
