Unsupervised Approach for Electric Signal Separation in Gnathonemus petersii: Linking Behavior and Electrocommunication (Labeled Dataset)

This dataset comprises electric signals from five individuals of Gnathonemus petersii recorded separately, and in all possible dyadic combinations with corresponding annotations of electric organ discharges (EODs). These supplementary data are intended for the validation of our novel unsupervised approach for separating EODs from two free-swimming individuals.
