Serologies for specific pathogens by ELISA in the Milieu Intérieur cohort

Serostatus determined by ELISA semi-quantification of antibody levels in the Milieu Intérieur cohort against (i) 7 common persistent pathogens, including 5 viruses: cytomegalovirus (CMV), Epstein-Barr virus (EBV; EA, EBNA, and VCA antigens), herpes simplex viruses 1 and 2 (HSV-1 and 2), varicella zoster virus (VZV), one bacterium: Helicobacter pylori, and one parasite: Toxoplasma gondii; (ii) one recurrent virus: influenza A virus (IAV); and (iii) four viruses for which subjects receive vaccination: measles virus (MeV), mumps virus (MuV), rubella virus (RuV), and hepatitis B virus (HBV; HBs and HBc antigens).
Data were collected to establish, collectively with other datasets, the foundation for defining variability within human immune responses. The dataset includes txt files containing the processed data, in the form of a matrix with 1,000 subjects as rows and semi-quantification of antibody levels as columns.
