This dataset is sourced from the clinical diagnosis and treatment records of the Department of Anesthesiology, Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University, covering full-process anesthesia data of surgical patients who underwent procedures in January 2024. Raw data was collected via electronic medical record systems and anesthesia records, then structured into a standardized dataset after de-identification, timeline calibration and logical validation. It can be applied in medical quality analysis scenarios such as anesthesia efficacy evaluation, surgical process optimization and complication risk prediction.
