Chronic inflammation accelerates aging. Proanthocyanidin C1 (PCC1), a polyphenol from grape seed extract (GSE), reduces senescent cells and offers anti-aging potential. This study investigated Natural Senolytics (NSPCC1), an advanced GSE formulation with enhanced anti-aging effects. NSPCC1 demonstrated superior PCC1 blood absorption compared to standard GSE. It also influenced hematopoietic stem/progenitor cell differentiation, counteracting age-related myeloid differentiation defects. Systemically, NSPCC1 reduced infiltration of pro-inflammatory M1 macrophages in the liver, kidneys, and lungs, alongside decreased fibrosis in these organs. This research underscores the critical role of hematopoietic stem cells in aging and provides a framework for evaluating natural anti-aging products. NSPCC1 emerges as a promising therapeutic candidate for anti-aging interventions, establishing a foundation for further exploration of natural products in aging biology.
