Bulk RNA-sequencing of soft tissue sarcomas from patients undergoing neoadjuvant BO-112 and hypofractionated radiation therapy with or without nivolumab in soft tissue sarcoma

Patients undergoing neoadjuvant BO-112 and hypofractionated radiation therapy with or without nivolumab in soft tissue sarcoma were sequenced to identify changes in gene expression and pathway differences across different timepoints and treatments Overall design: Bulk RNA-sequencing was done on 41 sarcoma samples from 14 patients at up to four timepoints for each patient.
