Data for "Heat exposure improves acute copper tolerance in the intertidal copepod Tigriopus californicus"

Acute thermal (LT50) and copper (LC50) data from seven populations of Tigriopus californicus sampled in California (BB = Bodega Bay, SC = Santa Cruz, AB = Abalone Cove, SCI = Santa Catalina Island, LJ = La Jolla, PB= Pismo Beach, LC = Leo Carillo State Beach). Data are from isolated (standard) and sequential stressor (copper shock/heat shock) experiments. Also includes HTSeq-calculated mRNA read counts for pooled samples of BB and LJ animals exposed to etiher control (20C, no copper), heat (35C, no copper) or copper (20C, 60 mg/L CuSO4 in seawater) conditions for 24 hrs.
