Seroprevalence of Dirofilaria immitis in traveling dogs: Implications for transboundary pathogen movement
收藏资源简介:
This Zenodo repository contains the datasets supporting the journal article titled “Seroprevalence of Dirofilaria immitis in traveling dogs: Implications for transboundary pathogen movement.” The data were generated from a serological survey of 6,699 dogs traveling from 34 countries between September 2022 and December 2023, using pooled and individual testing strategies with the DiroCHEK ELISA assay. The repository includes two comma‑separated value (CSV) files: DiroCheck_pooled_spectrophotometric_values.csv: Contains raw spectrophotometric absorbance values for pooled serum samples tested for D. immitis antigen at multiple wavelengths (490, 620, and 650 nm). DiroCheck_IndividualsFromPositivePools.csv: Contains individual‑level raw spectrophotometric absorbance values for dog serum samples which originated from pools that tested positive, at multiple wavelengths (490, 620, and 650 nm).
