This data contains the detailed results of the KEGG pathway enrichment analysis for two separate comparisons: (Sheet1) High-protein (HP) versus Low-protein (LP) diet groups, and (Sheet2) Low-protein (LP) versus Supplementation of the diet with yak fecal bacteria (LPY) groups.
