Replication data for "Threshold bunching in Indonesian public procurement: Corruption risk indicators and design-stage evasion in PUPR SPSE data, 2016–2023"

Cleaned analytical dataset used in Majestya (forthcoming, Government Information Quarterly), "Threshold bunching in Indonesian public procurement: Corruption risk indicators and design-stage evasion in PUPR SPSE data, 2016–2023." The dataset (pupr_clean.csv) contains 10,352 tender records from Indonesia's Sistem Pengadaan Secara Elektronik (SPSE) for the Ministry of Public Works and Housing (PUPR), covering 2016 to 2023. Variables include the official price ceiling (HPS), procurement year, procurement category, and procurement method. See README.md for full data dictionary, cleaning notes, and citation information. Replication code is available from the author on request; a consolidated replication notebook is in preparation and will be deposited as a follow-up release.
