Microbial community response to different substrates during anaerobic digestion

This study investigated the changes of microbial community response to anaerobic digestion of pig manure, chicken manure, sewage sludge, sterilized pig manure, sterilized chicken manure and sterilized sewage sludge. The authors tried to clarify the role of the substrate microbial community on the fate of ARGs during anaerobic digestion.
