Large derived single-cell module-score tables for the GFW/GZFL-PTOA evidence-integration analysis

Seven author-generated per-cell AddModuleScore and AUCell tables supporting the Figure 3 single-cell analyses of a multilayer evidence-integration study of systemic-exposure-supported GFW/GZFL compound-target axes in post-traumatic osteoarthritis. The tables were derived from GSE211584 after quality control, lineage annotation, strict gene-set mapping, coverage auditing, and frozen module scoring. The deposit contains derived analytical outputs and does not redistribute raw GEO data.
