· Number: 6 mice
· Groups: 3 chlodronate liposome injection, 3 empty liposome injections, all infarctions
· Experimental Conditions: Mice were given MI via LAD ligation alongside intrapericardial injection of chlodronate loaded liposomes. Animals were sacrificed at day 21 post-infarction or sham surgery. Animals were analyzed via EKG and then hearts were harvested for flow cytometry and Mason’s Trichrome histology
