population genomics of Lodoicea maldivica

The Coco de Mer (Lodoicea maldivica, Arecaceae) is an iconic palm endemic to the Seychelles. This project provides population genomic data for this endangered species, with the aims to elucidate the mechanism of sex determination in this dioecious plant, and to understand its genetic history.
