Single Primer Enrichment Technology (SPET) for high-throughput genotyping in eggplant

It is reported the application of SPET genotyping, assessing its reliability and using both target and non-target SNPs for studying the genetic variation and population structure of a large set of accessions from cultivated and wild genepools of tomato and eggplant, and to validate them against previous results on their diversity and genetic relationships.
