Three production systems with different management, agroecological, organic and conventional, were evaluated, soil samples were taken and physicochemical and metabarcoding analyzes were carried out, to evaluate the bacterial diversity present in the soils and if it was directly influenced by management. It was found that the differences between the soils do not depend directly on the management, since little aggressive practices are used and the differences are marked mainly by the use of fertilizers rich in nitrogen and phosphorus and the use of pesticides and chemical fer-tilizers.
