Impact of Hb contamination in obtaining reference profiles of exRNAs in healthy individuals

The effect of increasing concentrations of haemoglobin in the starting material on the results of RNA-seq using plasma isolated from healthy donors. Overall design: 12 samples from 3 healthy subjects, 4 (0%, 0.05%, 0.50%, 5%) concentrations of lysed RBC were used in plasma from each subject.
